Hello there, I’m Lucas Hamlin, your friendly local Stevens County & Ferry County & NOW South Florida realtor®. How did we end up here? I was born and raised here in Colville, Wa & love this community. Growing up as close family friends with John & Jeanie Acorn (owners of Barman’s Country Store & the Acorn Saloon). I started working for Jeanie at age 10 until age 21 at which point I managed Barmans & took care of the books at the Acorn & through our time Jeanies love for that building, business in general & this community wore off on me. Since then I’ve owned several local businesses & have served our community through Grace Bible Church, specifically in the Junior High & Young Adults ministries.

After high school my friend Nicole married her husband Alberto who attended school at Lynn University in Boca Raton and moved there with him. I took my first trip to visit in 2019 and fell in love with Florida the second I stepped off the plane and felt how different the air was. We continued on in that trip to explore the state starting in Orlando, then to swim with stingrays in Fort Meyers, down to Homestead, then across the 7 mile bridge to Key West, then a few days later back up to Boca Raton, from there we explored Boca snorkeling at Red Reef & visiting the Gumbo-Limbo rehabilitation center for sea turtles, Miami & the amazing night life & amazing beaches, Fort Lauderdale for some amazing beaches & the beautiful Las Olas Blvd, and of course the Everglades on an airboat to truly see the depths of the river of grass. I was hooked after that trip and have taken countless trips to explore the state since. Later Nicole & Alberto would move to Lake Worth where I would get to explore West Palm, my favorite parts of which have to be shark dives in Jupiter and Floating in the waves at Lake Worth Beach.

Real estate has always been an interest that lives rent free in my head. I spent 3 years as an appraiser trainee appraising real estate in Stevens, Ferry, Pend Oreille, Okanogan, Spokane, Snohomish, Pierce & King counties. I now have the privilege of serving these communities in helping people to find their first home, their dream home, vacation home or maybe an investment property to fund some non-real estate related dreams!
